Terms and Conditions of payments

1. Rates

Rates are subject to change without notice and Horizon Ethiopia is not liable to any inconveniency arising from it.

2. Liabilities
1. HOT shall not be liable for any injury, schedule change or delay, loss or damage arising from any cause and in any manner whatsoever.
2. HOT’s liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles is governed by the laws of Ethiopia.
3. HOT reserves the right to employ subcontractors to carry out any or all parts of the services agreed to be supplied, and in any event of the exercise of such right the terms relating to HOT’s liability shall apply.
4. Though every care will be taken, HOT cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of baggage or other personal belongings.
3. Payments

On confirmation of tours, agencies or individuals making bookings with HOT payment shall make payments as follows:

• 20% shall be deposited as confirmation of the trip.
• The balance of 80% should be made thirty days before the commencement of the tour If payment is not effected accordingly HOT is not obliged to accept the client/or conduct the tour unless other arrangements have been made beforehand.
4. Cancellation

Cancellations made in less than thirty days before commencing a tour 50% of the tour cost will be charged. No refund will be made for a cancellation made less than two weeks.
